This year, chef from Tai Thong has churned out Sambal Shrimp with Petai served in Pineapple, Assam Red Snapper Fillets, Rendang Curry Chicken, Tumeric Stuffed Cuttlefish with Mushroom & Capsicum, Pandan Gula Melaka Ball with Grated Coconut Ball and Durian Pancake, all in sharing portion to please your palate.

Rendang Curry Chicken RM28++/portion

Our favourite among the rest. A dish full of warming flavours, lovely orange-red, mild spicy gravy thickly coated to slow-cooked to tender chicken chunks. Best relished with steamed rice.

Sambal shrimp with petai – something that we are well familiar with. Tai Thong crafted it just nice with a touch of creativity – serving it in pineapple shell. It draws refreshing sourness from pineapple flesh left on the wall sides of this hollowed food.
