Personally, we enjoy snow skin mooncakes more. Chewy mochi-like skin in pastel colours, encasing filling in right sweetness. Do check out Red Pitaya Lotus Paste with Mango from the baked mooncake series – a newly launched mooncake that carries refreshing fruity flavour.

Painstakingly prepared, Dynasty’s Signature Peking Duck is first marinated with a combination of spices and Chinese herbs. Then roasted in traditional charcoal-fired roasting oven for an hour, resulting in glossy, beautiful golden brown crispy skin, succulent meat locked with juiciness and smoky aroma from the roasting process.

Take whatever pictures you want before the staff hand-carved the Peking Duck right in front of you. Skin is “peel” off into pieces, placed over warmth, soft pancake sheet and wrapped with scallion, cucumber, carrot and plum sauce.
