Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Scallop, Wolfberry & Chinese Herbs 乾貝枸杞玉竹雞湯

After the Lou Hei session, we warmth up our tummy with double-boiled Chicken Soup. A very light, nourishing soup with mild sweetness from dried scallop, wolfberry and Chinese herbs.

Crispy Roasted Duck with Chinese Herbs 特式當歸燒鴨

Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur CNY menu also has Fortune Pot, our favourite! We had RM388 regular portion, enough for 4-5 persons. If you had a larger group, opt for the large. Take away options is available too.

Enjoy the abundant of seafood and meat layered bountifully on the top layer, including prawns, abalone, roasted chicken, roast pork, dried oyster, dried scallop, etc.. Followed by cabbage, mushroom, fu zhok, yam and more ingredients, all gracefully infused with flavours of braised sauce. Delicious.

Niao Gao Special – Fresh Shredded Coconut Nian Gao 鮮椰絲年糕, Sesame Rice Ball with Nian Gao年晚煎堆, Peanut Nian Gao 傳統花生年糕

End the meal sweet with CNY traditional dessert, Nian Gao. Chef has curated 3 Nian Gao Specials this year, only RM13 per ala-carte order. We especially enjoyed Sesame Rice Ball with Nian Gao, as it gives a very nice crunchy and chewy bites.
