Just 1 minute walk from Dang Wangi LRT Station, discover 7TNINE Bar & Kitchen – a restaurant that serves North Indian and Parkistani delicacies by core, complete with Western dishes that showcase influence from both cuisines. Not extraordinary but rather creative combination, something  that you could hardly come across in Kuala Lumpur.

What makes 7TNINE Bar & Kitchen more noteworthy is their 4-in-1 concept, putting together sports bar, beer garden, music lounge and dining restaurant all under one roof. An idea that makes 7TNINE a great place of gathering, event and private functions. More plus points, the outdoor bar offers a nice view of the bustling city, overlooking KLCC and KL Towers for a more memorable drink & dine experience.

7TNINE Bar & Kitchen menu covers an extensive food selections, from Indian appetizers to roti, naan, salads, soup, BBQ meat, poultry, seafood, vegetarian, sandwich,  burgers, pizza, pastas, risotto, desserts, diners can get a good weigh of the traditional and modern fusion here.

Our favourite appetizer goes to 7TNINE Chicken Nachos (RM23.79), an interesting sharing platter with nachos as the base, further layered with tomato salsa, minced chickn, cheddar cheese, sour cream and jalapeno pepper. Crispy, cheesy, tomato-ish with pleasing sourness and spiciness.

Paneer Pakora (RM17.79) – you don’t get this in all places, but serves as a really good bar snack. While we have always love having paneer dressed in a bed of creamy spinach, eating this fresh, crumbly soft fresh cheese jacketed with crispy outer layer is enjoyable too! First try, and it is not bad! Like the contrasting crispy-chewy texture.

Grilled Salmon (RM43.79) rubbed with plenty of herbs and spices, served over a bed of seasonal vegetables and mashed potato. Dressed in a bed of creamy white sauce that pairs well with the moisture-locked fillet.

Cajun Spicy Chicken Breast (RM20.79) comes with two large pieces of flavourful cajun-spiced chicken meat, placed on creamy soft mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. The unique part lies on the mint chutney sauce that carries a pronounced sweetness, clocks in just right to balance up the saltiness from meat. Portion was quite generous for the price we paid for.

7TNINE Special Rack of Lamb (RM55.79) , chef recommendation. Again, hearty serving that can feed two. Three giant pieces of lamb rack, flavoured up with herbs marination. Comes with black pepper sauce, mashed potatoes and daily vegetables. Other Western platter options you can get here including Grilled Chicken Chop, Mushroom Chicken Chop, Fish & Chips and Prawn on Fish.

Chicken Biryani (RM 20.79) / Mutton Biryani (RM 23.79)

If you prefer to stick to Indian and Parkistani delicacies, delight your taste buds with Fish Masala, Prawn Masala, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Sheesh Kebab, Chicken Roti Rolls, Chicken Nihari, Garlic Naan, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Mutton Josh, Dum Keema and more.

Complete your meal with something sweet from the dessert section – Tiramisu, Creme Brulee with ice-cream and chocolate brownie. Checked out Creme Brulee (RM16.79) and it was quite decent.

And we love this Jalebi! It is actually a type of traditional Indian dessert that looks like mini funnel, deep fried to golden brown and soaked in sugar syrup. Yes, it is super sweet but the sweetness is so delightful. Enjoy it slowly, bit by bit and you will start liking it! We matching crunchiness, chewiness, and sweetness.

Last but not least, cocktails! 7TNINE is also a cocktail bar, so check out their uniquely crafted cocktails if you wish to. Cosmopolitan, Dry Martini, Sex on the Beach, Margarita, Bloody Merry, Blue Hawaiian, Flaming Lamborghini, and Mojito, just to name a few.
