Indulge into the best of Malaysia’s nine Royal states at the Malay Dishes Counter for mouth-watering Kambing Percik ala Chef Khairil from Pahang to Sup Daging Kedah, Nasi Kerabu Kelantan, followed by Daging Masak Merah, Rendang Ekor from Northern region and Ikan Bakar Dusun dengan Sayur Negeri Sembilan and Laksa Johor.
Savour the juiciness of flavourful Rendang Kambing that is braised in traditional spices and fluffy white rice and fragrant Nasi Hujan Panas seasoned with local spices, turmeric and shallots.
