Bo Dining The LINC KL – a new pork-free all-day-dining restaurant in the city of Kuala Lumpur, opened just in Feb 2019, the first half of the Bo & Banker story.

Located just opposite to Ampang Park LRT, The LINC KL has fast becoming a popular weekend destination for both KL-ites and tourists, thanks to their rainbow staircases and Instagram-worthy artwork that have taken the social media by storm recently.

Food options aren’t aplenty here, but rest assured, worthwhile. Discover from local cuisine to Japanese omakase, upcoming hotpot restaurant and our latest favourite brunch spot – Bo All Day Dining, which is just right beside the over-100-year ficus trees.

interior

Taking inspirations from the beauty and splendour of Malaysian rainforest in line with The LINC KL’s surroundings, Bo Dining recreates a tropical -lush-gardens-like interior for an exquisite dining experience, thoughtfully putting together plants, wood, rattan and natural elements while blending in modern contemporary touch for an elegant, gorgeous finish.

Whether you are here for leisure brunch, dinner gathering or after work chill, Bo All Day Dining fits in well. And, with a spacious, well-decorated space that can sit up to over hundred diners at one time, Bo Dining definitely serves as a great event space in KL.

Big love for their Egg Benedict – fluffy muffin topped with poached organic egg, topped with Hollandaise sauce that is just nice, not too cloying.

Open Face Sandwich RM26, another favourite of ours in Bo Dining. Sourdough layers up with mashed avocado, beetroot cured smoked salmon, poached organic egg, salsa verde and mascarpone cheese sauce. Like how chef creatively mix & match different ingredients together for a surprisingly matching flavours. Something different from the usual open face sandwich we have.

Artisanal wood fire oven pizzas and Bo’s Signature Rotisserie Roast are also the two recommended options, if you cant decide where to start.  We didn’t sample the Rotisserie Roast though, but has been reading good reviews about this dish – Chicken brined and air-dried for 24 hours, then slowly roasted in French-made Rotisol rotisserie oven to ensure a perfect, evenly cooked chicken. So give it a try!

End your meal sweet with desserts from Harriston Chocolat Moments – creations of Chef Frederic Oger, who was the Head Pastry Chef at the 2 starred Michelin restaurant, Michael Caines in the UK.
