Love this Salmon Sushi with Tobiko, with a final blow torch session by the chef. Do check out also Chirashi Salmon with Ikura, Shake Teppanyaki with Batayaki Sauce, Shake Kame Kimchi, Shake kama shio and more from their So-Fish-tication menu.

For main course, we share an order of juicy, tender Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki and hearty, pipping hot bowl of Tempura Udon.

Day 2 Dining

Breakfast, Executive Club Lounge:

Rise and shine!

Started our day with breakfast at Pullman KLCC Executive Club Lounge. Love their made-to-order à la carte breakfast menu, available in Western and Asian choices. Omelette, Egg Benedicts, Avocado Toast, Monte Cristo Sandwich, Croissant Waffles, Singapore Wanton Noodles Soup, Congee, Roti Jala, Kaya Toast and Malaysian Style Banana Pancake Tower.

Small portion so that we can sampled more dishes! There’s also salad, pastry, fruits, cheese from the breakfast bar.

Lunch, Red Chinese Cuisine

Feed our tummy well before check-out! Had delicious Weekend Dim Sum Buffet Brunch at Red Chinese Restaurant.

For just RM88, we get to enjoy over 60 types of pork-free dim sums and desserts, prepared ala minute. From classic steamed dim sum such as Har Kaw, Siew Mai,  Steamed Chicken Feet with Chili and Black Bean Sauce, Glutinous Rice with Chicken and Mushroom to deep-fried & baked items like Egg Tarts, Deep Fried Man Tao with Condensed Milk, Pan Fried Crispy Bean Curd with Prawn & Cheese, Crispy Yam Puffs aka Wu Kok…

..Stir Fried delicacies including Barbecued Honey-Glazed Chicken, Wok Fried Beef with Black Pepper Sace, Fried Rice, Dan Dan Noodles, Wok Fried Radish Cake with XO Sauce, Crispy Chicken with Homemade Thai Sauce; comforting congee & rice rolls; Soup of the Day and more  – there’s surely something for everyone.

Our recommendation, dishes from the stir-fried menu.  Love their Wok Fried Rice Noodles with Prawn and XO Sauce, Wok Fried Chicken and Pineapple with Hawthorn Berry Sauce and Wok-Fried Chicken with Pearl Onion and Spicy Black Beans. Portion is quite generous, so if you dine in small group, suggest to order moderately to minimize food waste.
