Light Capture Cafe by HON, Jalan Tun HS Lee

October 15, 2020 by summerkid_summergirl

Light Capture Cafe by HON at Jalan Tun H S Lee, a cafe that fits right for the -gram.

While most cafe hoppers are already familiar with the many hipster coffee places around Kwai Chai Hong and Petaling Street areas, from the already famous Merchant Lane, Chocha FoodStore, Jao Tim, Mingle Cafe to the newer addition along the road such as Stellar Coffee Bar REX KL, Hungry Tapir, Vintage 1988, just to name a few.

And it does not end just there, as more cafes come into play further down the road in Jalan Tun H S Lee, which before this, will only make us think of LOKL.

Don’t Call Me Deer- a very unique cafe that houses hundreds and maybe thousands of the owners’ very own collection, Neko Neko KL that fame for their everything-about-matcha; Timothy with Signature Nasi Kerabu and then then the newest Light Capture Cafe by HON, are all worth your trip to this hard-to-get-parking place.

Bringing together the old and new, Light Capture Cafe by HON blends in heritage beauty that this century old building has to offer, along with a touch of modern contemporary that will make you marvel at once walk in. Spacious, a total of three floors up – thoughtfully designed and managed by a local designer.

Despite the hassle to get a parking, the cafe welcomes a good crowd right on the first week of their soft launch. Get your MySejahtera scan, record your temperature, take out your phone and start to snap away. Yes, it is that picture-worthy at every corner.

Our favourite section on the second floor, same to many others we guess.

Currently hot food is served only after 11pm, and you can have substantial choice like big breakfast, pasta, pan seared salmon from the menu. If you reached area, just chill and get a cuppa of coffee, plus a slice cake while waiting for the main course kitchen to open.

We had only coffee that day as we have other errands that day, and left by 11am. It is a really, really pretty cafe if you asked us. If you like Jao Tim and Tapestry, you would love Light Capture Cafe by HON too we believe. Food wise, will came back one day to try. So add this to your must-go cafe list or just pay a visit this coming weekend!
