Highlights of the buffet include fresh seafood, Japanese counter, live stations and Malaysian favourites! Executive Sous Chef, Chef Budiman will be churning out his favourite recipes including Rendang, Tandoori Murgh, Lemang with Serunding, Kerabu, Bubur Lambuk, Mee Udang Bakar and assorted Kuih Muih.
Get started with appetizer like ulam-ulaman, Indonesian Gado-gado, Som Tam, Cendawan Abalone Ikan Sos Pedas, Kerabu Sotong Betik Muda, Chicpeas Potato Masala, Kerabu Sotong Betik Muda, Kerabu Telur Dadar & Puyuh, Smoked Salmon, Chicken Cold Cut, Tauhu Sumbat, Vegetables Shooter, Salmon Mousse in Mini Tartlet, Chicken on Toast Bread, Popiah Basah.

Chicken Murtabak, Garilc Naan, Roti Canai, Capati, Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Kofta, Vegetables Tandoori, Onion Briyani Rice, Yellow Dhall Curry, Baingan Bharta Eggplant, Dahi Aloo Potato in Creamy Curry, Vegetables curry Masala, Prawns Curry, Masala Chicken, Gosh Malbari Lamb from Indian cuisine station.
Chinese section in Le Meridien’s buffet is pretty interesting with Stir-fried Loh Bak Gou, Seremban Pau, Egg Tart, Hao Gau, Siew Mai, as well as other Dim Sum. Love the Fried Noodle with Toupan Paste, Vegetable & Mussels. Get some Pisang Goreng and Cempedak Goreng too, right next to the dim sum stall.
Japanese counter is another favourite pick of ours. From Garlic Fried Rice, Teppanyaki Beef/Chicken/ Prawn, Sushi & Sashimi, Vegetable Teppanyaki, Japanese Miso & Soba Soup, and tempura – all are delicious especially the Teppanyaki Prawn and Prawn Tempura. Must-try!
