Having earned his stripes working at a 2-star Michelin restaurant, Trussardi Alla Scala, in Milan, a 5-star hotel in Venice, and various other prestigious restaurants in and around Asia, Chef Marco looks forward to delighting customers with authentic Venetian cuisine.
A refreshed menu is presented – an amalgamation of Chef Marco’s experiences which has resulted in signature creations that draw inspirations from many Venetian traditions. Homemade Squid Ink Tagliolini with Lobster and Lime, Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with roasted mushroom, cured egg yolk and truffle, or Homemade Ravioli with tiger prawns, saffron and burrata are some of the inventive delicacies that Chef Macro is bringing to Mandarin Grill in 2022.
