Choose from a selection of six varieties of Auspicious Yee Sang – all abundantly overflowing with fresh and gourmet delicacies such as Soft Shell Crab, 16 Head Abalone, and Hokkigai.

The Prosperity Set Menu (priced at RM268 nett per person) offers 9 courses in a banquet style manner, starting with “Jade Pavilion” Salmon Yee Sang with Mini Cuttlefish and Young Mango. The Double Boiled 10 Head Abalone with Agaricus Blazei Mushroom and Fish Maw Soup is a traditional soup that soothes with its umami flavours.

Slow Oven Roasted Duck with Fragrant Scallion and Sesame-Hoisin Sauce follows, boasting a glossy, crispy caramel colored skin and juicy, moist duck meat. The three seafood dishes that follow in the Prosperity Set Menu are to attract abundance and good luck, encouraging one to ‘go with the flow’ in this year ahead – Sabah Wild-Caught Sea Grouper, steamed and served with Black Bean and Preserved Vegetables, as well as Steamed King Tiger Prawns with Chopped Garlic and Sweet Basil, and Braised Premium Dried Seafood with Sun Dried Oysters, Fatt Choy and Broccoli. The Wok-Fried Jasmine Rice with Crab Meat, Asparagus and Pine Nuts is full of ‘wok hei’ and a hearty culmination to this feast. To culminate the journey are two dessert courses – Double Boiled Papaya with Peach Resin and Red Dates, as well as an assortment of finely crafted Chinese New Year Pastries.
