We are so excited for our visit at LUCA Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC), Kuala Lumpur after our pleasant dinner at Frangipaani Bukit Damansara, where, both also under The Olive Tree Group. Apart from LUCA BSC and Fragipaani Republik, the group also owns few other restaurants including La Chicá Mexican Cocina & Bar, Rockafellers Kitchen + Bar, SUTRAA Kitchen + Bar, and Te Amo, just to name a few.

Burrata Butter Chicken
Charcoal Chicken Tikka | Makhani Gravy
Among the dishes we sampled, our favourite goes to the Burrata Butter Chicken – hearty Makhani Gravy with tender pieces of chicken tikka laced with charred goodness of charcoal-grill, served over a bed of rich, creamy Makhani Gravy. Top with a whole, fresh burrata cheese that adds unique cheesy profile to the entire dish, but sooo good! Best to enjoy with LUCA evergreen flatbreads and biryani.
Crispy Aubergine | Smoked Baingan Bharta
This is actually our first time trying Smoked Baingan Bharta – a type of curry prepared from mashed fire-grilled eggplants and spices. It imparts a subtle smoky taste, soft, plus light sweetness from the vege – pairing so well in term of texture contrast with the thinly sliced, crispy aubergine artfully sitting atop!
Beef Ribs | Rigatoni | Pecorino | Arugula
Rigatoni tossed with slow-braised beef ribs ragu, topped with arugula and shaves of pecorino cheese.
Pistachio Crusted Lamb Rack
Pistachio Crust| Truffle Pomme Puree| Heirloon Carrot | Asparagus | Plum Chutney
Quinoa | Kale | Chimichurri | Tomato Confit | Pickled Onion
While Burrata Butter Chicken and Jharkhand Aubergine are recommended to order as sharing; Ragu Pasta, Pistachip Crusted Lamb Rack and Pan-seared Seabass with Quinoa on the other hands, are ideal as personal mains.

End our meal wit Crepe Suzette, a type of French dessert. Warm, soft, tender sweet treat drizzled with zesty-buttery orange syrup, flamed with Timah Whiskey.
