From 11 March to 7 April 2024, Pullman KLCC is inviting guests to join in a full-hearted journey of reflection and connection as Sedap Restaurant serves a unique dining experience with 10 live cooking stalls and over 300 dishes, in the theme of Aroma Nusantara Dinner Buffet.
The buffet spread blends in traditional elements with modern flair, presented in various live cooking stalls at the outdoor bazaar. There are must-have Chef Haslan’s dishes that are being selected as festive favourites such as Sultan Lamb Shank, Ayam Panggang Bazooka, Gear Box, Fried Oyster, Prawn and Lala Omelet (Oh Chien) and Laksam, Apam Balik.
Other than top favorites, the buffet is also lined up with dishes such as Braised Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce, Grilled Lamb Shoulder with Black Pepper Sauce, Wok Fried Curry Butter Chicken, Fried Seafood Spinach Noodle, Nasi Minyak Roase, Ayam Kampung Masak Kerutup, Ikan Siakap Acar Jambu, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Bersama Nangka Muda, Maman Pucuk Ubi Bersama Ikan Bilis, Gulai Ikan Masin Bersama Terung, Pajeri Nenas, Daging Masak Bertawi Bersama Pucuk Pegaga, Itik Masak Asam Pedas bersama Terung Pipit, Sambal Tumis Udang Petai, Ikan Patin Masak Sambal Tempoyak Termeloh, Tulang Rusuk Kambing Percik Tok Bali, Ketam Masak Lemak Cili Padi bersama Nangka Muda, Lon Hon Chai with Garden Green, Baked Baby Potato, Kamheong Black Mussel, Pan Seared Barramundi with Dill Cream Sauce, Stir Fried Squid with Ginger and Spring Onion,.
