This October, Arthur’s Bar & Grill at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur invites gourmands to experience the Farm-to-Fork Indulgence, a two-night dining affair celebrating the artistry of Stanbroke’s Diamantina Premium Australian Beef. Taking place on 16 and 17 October 2025, this exclusive showcase highlights the finest dry-aged cuts, sustainable farming practices, and the unveiling of the restaurant’s brand-new Dry-Ageing Chiller.
The evening promises a journey of flavour and craftsmanship through a curated five-course tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with wines from Australia, Argentina, and Spain. Guests will savour premium dry-aged Angus beef cuts, each prepared to reveal their depth of flavour and tenderness while reflecting the principles of sustainable sourcing.
Throughout the event, James Goodenough, of Stanbroke, will share insights into Diamantina’s sustainable practices, offering guests a rare glimpse into the journey from pasture to plate. His storytelling, paired with the culinary artistry of Arthur’s chefs, brings to life the very essence of the farm-to-table philosophy.
The menu unfolds as a showcase of precision and creativity. It begins with a refreshing Tangy Citrus Mesclun Salad, layered with maple cold-smoked grilled flank steak, a light yet satisfying overture paired beautifully with 3 Bridges Chardonnay from Australia.
Next, the Tartare of Dry-Aged 28-day Angus Ribeye captivates with its creamy citrus notes of Greek yoghurt and lemon zest, crowned with a perfectly timed six-minute egg — simple, elegant, and indulgent in equal measure.
A moment of theatre follows with the Chef’s Tasting Plate, featuring a Cauliflower White Truffle Espresso, before the Chilled Dry-Aged Angus Prime Rib (Flat Iron Style) is carved from the trolley. The richness of this course is beautifully matched by Trivento Golden Reserve Malbec from Argentina.
For the main course, the Bone-in Striploin takes centre stage, dry-aged to perfection, its robust flavours complemented by wagyu fat-fried chips and smoked Maldon Sea salt. A Sierra Cantabria Reserva from Spain enhances its velvety, oak-aged finish.
To conclude, a 70% Cacao Tallow Chocolate Sea Salt Slice delivers a decadent finale, its dark intensity softened by wild berry compote and platinum caramel ice cream, accompanied by a luscious Botrytis Semillon.
The Farm-to-Fork Indulgence is priced at RM300 nett per person for the tasting menu, or RM380 nett per person with wine pairing. Seats are limited for this exclusive two-night showcase.
