This Ramadan, InterContinental Kuala Lumpur invites guests to rediscover the warmth of home through a thoughtfully curated journey of heritage, memory and meaningful connection, available from 23 February to 21 March 2026.

Inspired by recipes lovingly passed down through generations, Sajian Nana Dulu & Kini honours the enduring flavours of the past while embracing the values that define Ramadan today – gratitude, patience and shared moments. Rooted in familiar rituals, the experience pays tribute to Nana, the heart of every family kitchen where traditions are preserved, stories are exchanged, and meals are prepared with care and intention.
Sajian Nana Dulu & Kini Iftar Dinner Buffet
Available at Serena Brasserie from 23 February to 18 March 2026, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, guests are invited to a thoughtfully paced iftar experience that celebrates time-honoured flavours served in the spirit of reflection and shared moments.

A special live demonstration by Nana offers a meaningful glimpse into cherished heritage dishes, prepared and shared as they once were across generations.
Curated by Executive Chef Rudy Junaidie and his culinary team, the experience presents a generous selection of Malaysian favourites rooted in traditional recipes, bringing comfort and familiarity to the Ramadan table through careful preparation and respectful attention to detail.
Signature highlights include:
● Sup Campur Berempah “Wak Shukur”: A gently simmered, aromatic spice soup featuring tender cuts of meat, inspired by traditional village recipes and refined through careful preparation.
● Ikan Bakar Melaka: Portuguese-style marinated fish, grilled to a delicate smokiness that recalls the familiar aromas of coastal cooking.
● Gulai Kering Tetel Kukus Buluh: Beef slow-cooked with heritage spices and steamed in bamboo, a time-honoured technique that delivers rich, layered depth.
● Steamed Braised Aromatic Beef in Bamboo: Succulent beef braised gently in bamboo, allowing natural aromas to infuse the meat with comforting warmth and elegance.
● Ayam Panggang Sambal Belimbing: Tender roasted chicken complemented by a house-made belimbing sambal, offering a balanced interplay of savoury and tangy notes.



Enhancing the experience are refined carving and live stations featuring highlights such as Afghan Whole Lamb, oven-roasted orange honey glaze chicken galantine and yellow pepper barbecue beef brisket, adding depth and celebratory flair. Complementing the main courses is a curated selection of traditional Malaysian specialities, including Lemang, Ketupat Bawang, Beef Rendang Tok, Serunding Ayam and Bubur Lambuk, paired with a premium seafood spread featuring fresh tiger prawns, oysters and seasonal seafood selections, for a refined yet familiar iftar experience centred on meaningful moments of togetherness.

Raya Bersama Nana Dinner Buffet
Available at Serena Brasserie on 20 and 21 March 2026, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, Raya Bersama Nana marks Aidilfitri with a joyful gathering that celebrates gratitude, abundance and shared celebration after a month of reflection.

Guests can enjoy centrepieces such as Afghan Whole Lamb, live stations featuring Penang Char Koay Teow and Mee Rebus, as well as Middle Eastern specialities including Lebanese Chicken Shawarma. An expansive seafood selection and refined carving highlights are complemented by a vibrant Selera Kampung offering. The evening concludes with a dessert selection of traditional kuih Raya, hot desserts, ABC, cendol and tropical fruits.
