This February, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur unveils IRAMA RASA, a thoughtfully curated Ramadan buffet dinner experience set in the sky at the iconic Merdeka 118. Taking place from 23 February to 15 March 2026, IRAMA RASA invites guests to gather for a feast above the clouds, featuring Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur’s signature culinary expressions accompanied by live gamelan performances creating an atmosphere of calm, reflection, and cultural resonance.

Rooted in Malaysian heritage and elevated through global culinary craft, the experience explores the warmth of spices, the textures of tradition, and the sense of togetherness carried through food. Inspired by the quiet beauty of the season’s rituals, the narrative draws from the stillness before sunrise, the warmth of gathering at dusk, and the memories passed from one generation to the next, expressed through Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur’s signature refinement.

Unfolding as a refined dialogue between Malaysian heritage and global craft, the thoughtfully curated à la minute buffet balances the abundance of self-service with live cooking stations, where dishes are prepared to order and served hot, vibrant, and full of character. Authentic Malay signatures include Peha Ayam Kuzi Badam Hancur and Urap Kekapis with scallops, tempeh, and spiced peanut sauce. Regional flavours follow with Sarawak Laksa with lobster in a fragrant coconut gravy, alongside the indulgent Wagyu Brioche John with sauerkraut, Espelette aioli, and Swiss cheese. Self-service offerings range from Jenahak Goreng Rampai Cili Garing to Braised Egg Tofu with abalone, among others.

The experience is further complemented by Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern and international selections from Mediterranean Roasted Lamb Rack with dukkah spice and smoked eggplant caviar to Signature Saffron Paella with lamb merguez and market seafood. Highlights continue with Wok-Fried Angus Beef and Lamb Shank Kadai, richly infused with curry leaves and dry spices.
The experience concludes with elegant notes of comfort and nostalgia, including a signature Teh Tarik Mille Feuille, a live soft-serve station, and a selection of curated Malaysian desserts, an assured and understated expression of Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur’s commitment to balance, flavour, and culinary precision.
