For an intimate and boundless Ramadan experience, Feast presents Citarasa Nostalgia, a buffet that blends the comforting flavours of Ramadan that marks a reflection of Malaysia’s rich multicultural palate for this year’s special overlap. With chefs stationed at live cooking and carving stations, guests can expect dishes prepared to order, ensuring freshness, interaction and theatre throughout the evening. Look forward to the Kambing Golek Nusantara, a 4-hour slow-roasted whole lamb. The all-time favourite Daging Harimau Menangis made into a spread of bites like tacos, wraps, and equally enjoyable on its own. This extensive buffet also caters to seafood lovers with an all-you-can-eat Fisherman’s Catch section, including unlimited seafood-on-ice and assorted sashimi. Dessert highlight of the season would be the pandan mochi waffle that’s soft on the inside, crispy on the outside!
