Japanese corner is probably the crowd-favorite in Contango’s buffet, with a selection of colourful Kappa Maki, Chicken Floss Inari, Tamago Mentaiko Nigiri, Salmon Maki, Unagi Maki, Kani Stick, Sashimi Inari, Futo Maki; along with Salmon Sashimi, Tuna Sashimi, Ebi Tempura, Vegetable Tempura.
For Western delight, fill the plate with Chicken Fricasse, Bangers and Mash, Pan Fried Fish with Tomato Salsa, Braised Beef, Oven Roasted Potato, Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup; then continue with Braised Tofu, Nestum Prawn, Kai Lan with Garlic and Oyster Sauce, Gai Yang Grill Chicken for the Chinese section. Then head over to Italian counter for Margherita Pizza, Chicken Hawaiian Pizza, Beef Pepperoni, Seafood Pizza; and live station with pasta-cook-to-order. You can have carbonara, aglio olio, pomodoro.

Overall, Contango is still one of our favorite hotel buffets in town. Love how the hotel keeps the price affordable, without compromise on the spread and quality. What makes the buffet better is, they have hand-pour latte with beautiful latte art! You can ask for flavored version too – caramel, macadamia, butter scotch, Irish cream.
