The hallmark restaurant of the hotel, The Mesh, is set to unfold its first culinary collaboration beyond borders with two esteemed chefs from Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, one of the extraordinary brands under the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. Available only from June 21 – 30, 2025, The Mesh x Siam Road buffet experience will debut authentic flavours of the streets of Siam weaved with Malaysian nuances.

Two cultures, one table. Together with Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, the hotel highlights the discovery of two distinct food cultures complementing one another in harmony right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Designed as a sensory dining experience, The Mesh x Siam Road offers an immersive spread complete with signature creations, bold flavour profiles, and an atmosphere that transports guests straight to the streets of Siam. From Thai classics like som tam, pad Thai, and green curry to local favourites namely lemak cili api, kerabu varieties, and sup tulang rawan, the buffet spread introduces a medley of flavourful dishes telling its own story of heritage, passion, and regional pride.
Meet The Chefs
As part of its first international culinary collaboration, The Mesh features the hotel’s native chefs working in tandem with fellow guest chefs from Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park. At Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre, Kamarudin Dali, Chef de Cuisine at The Mesh, leads the local menu curation infusing tradition and creativity of his homegrown roots. Joining him in the collaboration, Supattra “Oy” Kammai, Junior Sous Chef, and Tosaporn “Ping” Suratanee, Chef de Partie, bring their individual flair and seasoned expertise in Thai cuisine—all for an experience intended for the locals to have a taste of The Mesh x Siam Road in one seating. It is a tribute to celebrating regional identity and embracing cultural heritage as these food connoisseurs with over decades of experience come together to connect guests through the joys of savouring good food.
