Plan B @ Bangsar Village I

June 6, 2011 by summerkid_summergirl

P/S: This is a May post.

Today was the second last day before my girl leaving for Penang for 4 months. I won’t be seeing her for 4 months. Sad Case. So I tried my best to bring her to some places that she wants to go since long time ago but I never bring her there. This is the only thing I can do.

Almost two years we had not been to Bangsar, and we realises there are quite a number of shops that we had not seen before. Time flies and many things changed.

Plan B, at Bangsar Village I has gained many attention since its opening. This dining place is located at a quiet corner opposite to Starbucks with a cozy ambience with comfortable sittings.

My girl: ” their cookies look so nice. Feel so want to eat.”
Me: ” Do you want to buy one back home?”
My girl: ” hmm…dowan.”
Me: “=.=lll “

Plan B presents their water in an attractive way, and is FOC.

Moroccan Lamb Meatballs with Spaghetti in Smoky Eggplant and Tomato Sauce. (RM22.00)

Both of us loved this dish so much! The spaghetti was cooked to perfection with generous amount of tomato sauce that was rich, fresh, but not too sour. My girl loved the eggplant and being a kind hearted and good boyfriend, I gave her most of the eggplant. And being a soft hearted and sincere girlfriend, she let me eat four out of five meatballs. The actual reason behind is she doesn’t like the unpleasant smell of mutton..>__<

Juicy and tasty lamb meatball. They are really filling.

Chocolate Fudge Cake. (RM11.00)
My girl got a shocked when the cake was served. It was such a huge piece, came with ice cream too. Then she started to regret ordering the lemon tart, because it didn’t came with ice-cream. =.=

I felt that the cake is nice but my girl didn’t really like it. The cake has a compact texture but a bit dry. Also, the chocolate taste was not strong enough.

We take home the lemon tart as I am already full and my girl wasn’t have much appetite on that day. Environmental friendly packaging.

Lemon Tart. (RM10.00)
The tart has a lovely and buttery pastry base with tangy lemon curd filling, topped with sweet and light meringue. The sweetness of the meringue was balanced out by the tanginess of lemon curd, making the whole dessert a great combination. Will order this again in next visit.

One of the friendly waiters gave my girl this when I was taking some photos of the shop after paying the bill. Hoho, a very cute passport. It is actually a voucher book where you can get some discounts such as 20% discounts for a haircut at A Cut Above, complimentary coffee upon ordering a red velvet cake at Plan B, and so on. Not a bad deal but too bad my girl is leaving and no one to accompany me here already.

Overall, Plan B is really a good place either for a dining, gathering, celebration or simple hang out for chit chatting. The food and ambiance are equally great.
After the dinner, we went to Mid Valley to see SOMETHING. Try guess what is the something. “Pirates of The Caribbean is in Mid Valley!”
This is a another hot movie in the city after Fast Five.
The ship is sail into Mid Valley…. and it stop there. Haha… The ship is really huge when I stand beside it! I am wondering how they build this ship up until it looked so real and impressive.

The scene is so spectacular looking from the highest floor. Everyone keep taking photos down there.
