Braised White Cabbage with Fish Maw in Golden Broth
We especially love their Braised White Cabbage with Fish Maw in Golden Broth. It may look plain and not-so-photogenic when arrived on table but don’t judge, it is so delicious! Braised till soft cabbage and fish maw with chewiness, all greatly soaked up with moist and flavours from the golden broth made using pumpkin. Must order!
Braised Ee Fu Noodle with Lobster and Crab Meat Sauce
If you prefer ala-carte selections, Poon Choy (pre-ordered required) is a good sharing option, as there’s plenty of ingredients such as abalone, prawns, chicken, scallop, dried oysters, seamoss, bean curd, roasted duck, fish maw, cabbage and white raddish layering up in a claypot, dressed in flavourful gravy. Other recommended choices include Braised Sea Cucumber with Golden Garlic & Leeks, Wok Fried Chicken & Abalone with Fresh Ginger served in Claypot and Steamed Omega Rich Garoupa Fish with Preserved Vegetables in Soya Sauce. Not extraordinary fancy dishes but that’s the classic flavours but that we like, as it well-suit Chinese New Year season and widely acceptable by diners from all age.
